• Standard Domestic  USPS shipping - $10  

• We do not offer international shipping 

All products are shipped via USPS on business days only. USPS Tracking numbers will be provided via email. 

- Bespoke/Custom - Garments are made to order with lots of attention to time and professional detail. at J|ESPÈRE we take pride in providing our clients with exceptional service. Any custom  Orders must be placed four (4) weeks in advance to ensure clients are receiving their garments in a timely manner. RUSH ORDER  clients must contact Contact Us BEFORE placing an order to confirm  fulfillment. Rush Orders may be subjected to additional fees. 

- Flex Athleisure - Once an order is placed  and paid in full via our website clients should receive package within 7-10  business days statewide.  Please note Due to COVID-19 deliveries may be delayed. 

-Pre-sale Items ships 14 business days after order is placed. 

In the unfortunate event  of a lost or stolen package we at J|ESPÈRE are not held responsible. Please contact your local post office or local carrier for assistance with shipment. 

- Bespoke / Custom - 50% Deposit is required to begin the processing of any order. Once a deposit is made materials are ordered immediately. Deposits are non-refundable as per contract. If for any reason an order is canceled during production deposits will not be refunded under any circumstance. Once order is complete Bespoke/Custom items must be paid in full to avoid any shipping delay. 

- Flex Athleisure - Deposits are not required, activewear must be paid in full before shipping.
