Here at J|ESPÈRE we strive to provide the best quality service. All garments are thoroughly inspected before shipping.   Due to COVID-19 We no longer accept returns  for any garments  under any circumstances to ensure the health & safety of our clients.  

- Bespoke/Custom -  garments are made to order therefore all sales are final.

- Flex Athleisure - Clients must be sure to read and check SIZE CHART for proper sizing. We will not provide refund for any athletic wear ordered under incorrect sizing.  If you have any questions before placing your order please feel free to Contact Us directly. All sales are final. 

 Due to COVID-19 We no longer accept exchanges for any garments  under any circumstances to ensure the health safely of our clients. All sales are final. 

- Bespoke/Custom - Garments are made to order . We do not accept exchanges as per contract. 

- Flex Athleisure - Size charts are provided. Clients must be sure to read SIZE CHARTS thoroughly. If you have any questions before placing your order please feel free to contact us directly. 

- Bespoke / Custom - 50% Deposit is required to begin the processing of any order. Once a deposit is made materials are ordered immediately. Deposits are non-refundable as per contract. If for any reason an order is canceled during production deposits will not be refunded under any circumstance. Once order is complete Bespoke/Custom items must be paid in full to avoid any shipping delay. 

- Flex Athleisure - Deposits are not required, activewear must be paid in full before shipping.
